Niamh & Aidan
Well what can I say about wee Niamh!!! She was only at Secondary School when she first came about our house. Niamh was the first babysitter to look after my wee girls and I couldn’t have asked for a better person. Our girls loved to see her coming and I knew I could go to work relaxed knowing that they were in good hands!
Niamh & Aidan…what a fab couple! Not even the Rain damped their spirits!! They were up for anything and I have to say how thankful I was that they trusted us to take them, under umbrellas, to the photo-shoot location, which was a wee walk away and when we got there the sun was shining bright!
The Ceremony was conducted by Fr Sean O’ Neill in St.Mary’s Church, Loughmacrory followed by a Reception in the Silver Tassie Hotel, Letterkenny!
Niamh looked radiant and the bridesmaids looked lovely in their dresses and boys scrubbed up well in their suits! Stephen Mallon supplied the flowers and as usual everything looked class!!
Family & Friends of the Bride & Groom provided the music in the Ceremony and it sounded amazing! Once the Ceremony was over an Ice Cream Van greeted the guests outside and despite the rain the guests were still ordering their 99s.
We arrived to the Hotel and the sun was shining! The Function Room looked lovely and the table plan was something else… have a look at the pics!!
After the Meal was over we went out to the gardens of the hotel for a couple of evening photographs…they looked fantastic!!
The Originals were the Band that night and when we left the floor was full!!
Congratulations to you both, Aidan you got a truly lovely girl with a heart of Gold and you couldn’t have married in to a nicer family and Niamh from what I saw that day you are one lucky girl as Aidan is a complete Gentleman!
Noleen & Jason
The lovely Wedding took place recently of Miss Noleen Owens from Sixmilecross & Mrs Jason Conway from Greencastle in the Greenvale Hotel, Cookstown.
The Bride’s dress was stunning and her bridesmaid dresses were just gorgeous! I loved the colour of the dresses with the lace back detail. Stephen Mallon decorated the Greenvale and it was looking fantastic. Unfortunately the rain took over and the boys got a few photos taken inside before the radiant Bride & her Dad arrived. The Registrar conducted a lovely ceremony and soon the new Mr & Mrs Conway headed for Killymoon Castle in Cookstown for their Photo-shoot. Again not too many Photos were outside but that didn’t stop this couple from relaxing and enjoying themselves! We headed back over to The Greenvale for the meal and as usual Mickey Mc Elhatton had everything set up and ready to go! After the Meal Hype The Band provided the entertainment and the floor was full for the entire night!
Congratulations to you both!
Caoimhe & John
On the morning of this wedding, I packed not only all the camera equipment but all the flu tablets and Strepsils that I could find. Caoimhe & John both had awful bad colds but let me tell you, it never stopped them from enjoying their Special Day. We arrived at the Brides House and two very pretty young ladies were there to show us around, Katie-Rose & Saoirse, the Bride & Groom’s two young daughters. They were both fantastic on the day and never stopped smiling for the camera. Caoimhe’s dress was beautiful with a gorgeous beaded band around the waist. It looked lovely hanging up but wow it was even more amazing when she got it on! The Bridesmaids wore a very delicate baby pink chiffon dress and the two wee princesses wore pretty little dresses with lovely matching baby pink cardigans!
Stephen Mallon decorated the church and I loved the trees at the front doors along with the lanterns!
John & the Boys arrived in good time and got the pics done and dusted before the Bridesmaids arrived.
Caoimhe arrived with her Daddy and he looked very proud walking his daughter up the steps and up the Aisle to meet her future Husband!
Fr Hughes conducted the Ceremony and Ciara Fox provided the beautiful singing. The new Mr & Mrs Gilmore soon walked the down the Aisle and out to greet their guests!
Off we headed then to Lissan House for the Photographs. John & Caoimhe were very good even when we took them out into the cold for an extra few pics together!
Mickey Mc Elhatton was at the door ready with the Champagne when we arrived to the Greenvale Hotel in Cookstown. I have to say from the Sweetie Cart to the beautifully decorated room to the Magnificent Cake everything looked the part! We had one special request from the Bride & Groom on the day and that was for photographs with their friends. Little did we know the amount of friends these two special people had! Have a look at the pics below! LOL
Hype the Band started the dancing with Caoimhe and her new Hubbie and then later played a special song for Caoimhe and her wee Daddy. When we were leaving the Hotel, the floor was full!!
Marriage is a mosaic you build with your spouse. Millions of tiny moments that create your very own love story!
Catherine & Brian
Catherine & Brian met with us for a Pre-Wedding Shoot at our local Lake. Brian was so relaxed he was nearly horizontal and Catherine was worrying for the both of them and I couldn’t blame her as they were getting married on Friday 13th I know this is suppose to be a unlucky day for some but I’d say Brian was the luckiest man in Ireland when Catherine walked up the Aisle!
The day came and the weather was great, we arrived at Catherine’s house only to find some works were being carried out. We then found out that Catherine & Brian had the same idea as ourselves, they were renovating and moving in at home, Catherine’s Daddy really didn’t loose a daughter but gained a son and folks honestly it was the best thing we ever done living next door to Mum & Dad! We had our own independence but with all the love & support that we needed!
Catherine’s a twin but thankfully not identical so we had no problem telling the difference between her and Alicia. These two ladies mean business and I’m telling you now, this Wedding was organized down to the finest detail! I think Alicia might have had a hand in this! Catherine’s dress was gorgeous and her shoes were unreal, Irregular Choice, my personal favourite!
We got some lovely Photos around the house that morning including her Daddy having his shave for the day. There was one very special Lady missing and that was Catherine’s Granny Donnelly! There was a lovely Photograph of Granny when she was younger and one of her in later life and she was an extremely good looking lady! Now I know where these girls got their good looks from!
Stephen Mallon decorated the Church in Pomeroy and it looked class! The Boys arrived a little bit later than expected in a very big yellow lorry! With the wing mirrors pulled in, the lorry just fitted through the pillars and no more! Brian had even joked with Fr Moore that maybe he could have widened the gateway but Fr Moore was having none of that LOL!
Alicia and her Mum arrived looked stunning followed shortly afterwards by the Bride & her Daddy in a convertible Beetle! Fr Moore greeted Catherine & Brian at the top of the Aisle and the Ceremony began!
We then headed to Killymoon Castle in Cookstown for the Photo-shoot and then onto the Greenvale Hotel where Mickey Mc Elhatton greeted the Couple. The Function Room looked amazing! Mickey’s attention to detail is second to none! After the meal the band started to set up and out came Jim Devine to entertain the guests. I can assure you when we left the floor was packed and the craic was mighty!
Best Wishes to you both for the Future and remember love is the greatest gift when given, but it is the highest honor when received!
Tracey & Sean McGread
What a beautiful morning we had at Tracey’s House, we were made feel so at home with all the girls and their wee daddy too. Tracey was one of the most relaxed Brides we have ever met! Her Sister who came over from Ibiza for the Wedding even let us photograph her with no makeup on, as she was so tanned! Not jealous at all!! LOL!
Sean and the Boys arrived at the Church super early to make sure everything was ready for the Guests. The Church looked amazing, Stephen Mallon worked his magic and from the flowers inside to the lovely white mat waiting for Tracey to walk up, everything was set! Sean and the Boys even done a little bit of posing for us, but we were sworn to secrecy on that!
When the Bridesmaids arrived in their gorgeous “duck egg blue” dresses, the sun was shining! Next to arrive was Tracey & her Daddy in Glendale’s Rolls Royce, what an entrance!!
The Ceremony went over perfectly, but there was one special person missing and that was Tracey’s wee Mummy. Now from what I heard throughout the day she was a true lady! Nothing can make you stop missing a loved one at a Wedding but I’m sure she was looking down on them both with a big Smile of Approval.
After the Ceremony was over we called at Louis Kelly’s House in Omagh. The Photos were taken and there was even a special request from the little flower girl that Princess Elsa got her pic taken too, how could we refuse! Tracey was very lucky to have two dashing little pageboys that day, but a week before the Wedding the little man took the chickenpox! Needless to say Photoshop is a wonderful invention!
When we arrived at the Silver Tassie Hotel in Letterkenny we were met with an Amazing Cart full of Glasses, all handmade by Tracey’s Sister-in-Law Brenda from BCrafty. This is one seriously talented lady. Brenda made an individual glass for each lady at the Wedding and Sean made sure the men wouldn’t miss out so they received a Scratch card! What Fab Favours!
To end this wonderful day in memory of Tracey’s Mummy a game of Bingo was held in her honour. I’ve never seen a room full of guests as quiet in a long time waiting to hear their numbers being called and bang then we heard “BINGO”, the room erupted with a cheer!!
We wish you both every Happiness in your future lives together and thanks again for having us!
